The Examiner reports that Huddersfield haven’t been put off by the initial rejection of an offer for Jamie Paterson.

No official word has been announced as to the identity of the club that had an offer rejected for the Walsall winger earlier this week, however it’s highly believed that it came in from Town with it suggested it was in the region of £750,000.

Keen to test the Walsall resolve an improved offer is set to be made for the 21-year-old with Mark Robins thought to be keen to bring in Paterson to add competition to Sean Scannell and Danny Ward.
