Tom has joined our local rivals in league 2 on an initial one month loan deal, with Bradford boss McCall looking to extend the deal if Clarke junior is successful.
The former England Under-19 international, missed most of the 2006/7 season due to a ruptured knee ligament, and this loan move will give him chance to recapture some of his form and match fitness.
Tom of course spent some time at Halifax last season and will hope that his time at Bradford will strengthen his push for a starting berth at Huddersfield.
Tom came on as a sub, for his Bradford debut, after namesake Matt Clarke was sent off after only 12 minutes! Bradford went on to beat Grimsby 3-1 and by all accounts Tom looked impressive.
We wish Tom well at Bradford and look forward to seeing him return to The Galpharm soon.

YEAH BUT HOW CAN HE BE ALLOWED TO GO TO THEM LOT? HOW CAN HIS PRIDE ALLOW IT?
Footballers and pride,do me a favour..!!! You only have to look at rooney dissin the everton fans yesterday by kissing the united badge on his shirt…Pride and loyalty went out of the window decades ago…Anyway i doubt whether Tom will have had much say in the matter..!
