HTFC – Lionel out in the cold

LIONEL Ainsworth has played his last game for Brentford after his public snub to boss Andy Scott.

The on-loan Huddersfield Town winger walked straight down the tunnel to the changing rooms after being substituted in the second-half of today’s draw with Yeovil.

And Scott has told the 22-year-old he won’t appear in a red and white shirt again.

Brentford gaffer Andy Scott :-

‘He showed a complete disrespect to his team-mates, to me and to Brentford Football Club.

‘Whether we’ve got 12 or 13 payers on Saturday he won’t appear for this club again.’

So looks like Lionel wont be cementing a permanent move to Brentford in the summer.

Could we see Brentford cancel the loan and send him back early?
