Dervite rumoured to be interesting Huddersfield

Dorian Dervite is rumoured to be interesting Championship new boys Huddersfield Town

The 23-year-old centre back is currently plying his trade in Spain with Villarreal B.

Dervite started his trade with French club side Lille but joined the Tottenham Hotspur academy in July 2006.

Dervite suffered a knee injury in 2007 that kept him out of action for several months, in January 2009 Southend took the defender on loan, where he impressed and came second in their player of the season vote.

Villareal snapped up Dervite in 2010 after his Spurs contract came to an end.

Dervite has represented all levels of the youth levels for France and has captained the side on occasions.

The rumours on Twitter and other networking sites are suggesting that a deal is imminent for Dervite to become Huddersfield Town’s 5th summer signing.

I guess we will just have to wait and see.
