Huddersfield Town have offered a trial to Kyrian Nwoto who has been dubbed the ‘Maltese Kanu’

The 17-year-old, 6ft 2 striker has been likened to Arsenal legend Nwankwo Kanu in his style of play, showing good close control with both feet despite not being the quickest.

Crystal Palace have also offered a trial with the player due to arrive at Selhurst Park on the 21st July.

Nwoko has two appearances for the Malta Under-17 side and whilst he is also eligible to play for Nigeria, he holds a Maltese passport meaning he wouldn’t require a work permit.

sounds exciting if true but surely a rough diamond at 17, that being said Towns academy seem to be pumping out some good talent at present
