Lynch called up for Welsh Squad

Huddersfield Town defender Joel Lynch has received a call-up to the Wales squad for their friendly match against Austria.

Chris Coleman’s has decided to call up the 25 year old after he overcame a hamstring injury, although he hasn’t managed to dislodge Peter Clarke and Anthony Gerrard since his return.

The game is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 6 February at the Liberty Stadium.

Lynch won his first Welsh cap in August 2012
