HTFC- Time to send back Jutkiewicz?

Lukas Jutkiewicz is widely held in many Town fans opinions as the worst ever loan signing at Huddersfield Town.

He again did himself no favours by having an appauling game, and being subbed off after 31 minutes and replaced by Danny Cadamarteri.

Cadders went on to show the desire that Jutkiewicz clearly lacks and has shown in all of his apperances for The Terriers to date.

This was made worse by his petulent throwing of his training top from the dugout, which was thrown back in anger by Lee Clark.

Clark has come out and said that Lukas apologises to all The Town fans, players and management.

But is that good enough?

Should we send him back?

Do you want to see him in a Town shirt again?

    send him back
    useless waste of space
will never play in the premiership
    is awful at this level
    and has a pathetic attitude.

Jutciewicz has been very disappointing but it was always a big ask for a 19-year-old. As for his being the worst Town loan signing ever – don’t talk such rot! I can think of half a dozen others without trying, only you’ll have forgotten them all!

i agree rabbit but he has been crap since he has come send him back

i think clark was to blame really for ‘that’ today. you can play lukas and boothy up front together. its like playing lucketti on the wing. i’d have started with cads and brought him and/or boothy off after 60 for lukas (and ainsworth if both off). at least give the lad a fighting chance. everyone was expecting him to run on to boothy’s knocks, which he clearly isnt made for. he hasnt come on from the bench for a decent amount of time yet which i think could have helped him. IF he plays next week, im guessing clark will have had a word with him and we MIGHT see him trying harder and chasing a few mor elsot causes. btw, i heard a rumour he has some medical problem that would explain his appalling fitness. anyone know anything?

Sad to read this. I’m a Swindon fan and he was making really good progress with us until the Premiership came a-calling. You can’t blame him for going but I would have liked to see him at Swindon for a season or two longer.

White Rabbit, Which players do u think were worse? Lets hear them! be good to have a debate on it

  • White Rabbit says:

All in all when I looked back I found over 20 I thought loans who were worse than Jutciewicz. I’d start with Richard Keogh (remember HIS display against Cheltenham only last year, which was possibly worse than T Clarke’s yesterday). What about that great trio dragged in by Wadsworth, Messrs. Gallacher, Ashcroft and Gavin. And does anyone remember Delroy’s loan spell back here? A bit further back there was Des Hamilton. Apart from Keogh, my vote would go either to a fellow called Williams who Horton sent back before his loan period was up, or Frank McGrellis. Anyone remember him? But we’ve had one this season! – what about Steve Jones? imho this kind of debate is a waste of space but have one if you wish. And, incidentally, waste of space is what I think of loan players. For every Ndlovu you get 20 Phil Stants.

Said all along that i couldnt see him benifitting us…We need goals, and this lad doesnt score them, simple as… He has been out on loan to various other clubs and done nothing,he doesnt score goals for his club either…Get rid…ASAP..

  • Impact says:

richard keogh had about 4 bad games for every good one. much worse than lukas.

  • terrier09 says:

must admit i agree wi rabbit all the way we have had a few s@@t loanees, but lukas is a lazy little f@@ker who isnt worthy of wearing the famous blue and white send him back, and keogh was dreadfull although i remember he scored a decent goal!!!!
