Lee Clark has already started planning for next season, whatever division we may be in and that future does not include Ian Craney
The 27 year old ex-Accrington Stanley player, who was signed by Stan Ternent, has been out on loan at Morecambe this season.
After suffering a hernia injury and having a double operation, Craney has returned to Town and reached a mutual agreement to terminate his contract which was due to run until 2011
Lee Clark explained the decision to htafc.com he said:
‘Ian was here when I joined the club and has been a consummate professional during my time as manager.
‘We did everything we could to get him fixed up with a club last summer and he has been unfortunate his time at Morecambe has been disrupted by injury.
‘Hopefully he can make a fresh start next season and he can quickly get fixed up with a club.’
