Former player Delroy Facey could be on the move
Reports in the Sheffield Star suggest Millers striker Delroy Facey is in talks with Ronnie Jepson about a move to Priestfield. Although he is still under contract for another 12 months at Rotherham United, sources at Millmoor reckon he is none too keen on playing League Two football next season
27 year-old Delroy Facey began his football career as a trainee with local club the terriers. He later moved to Bolton Wanderers where he scored a couple of goals in the Premiership before being loaned out to Bradford and Burnley to gain experience. Former WBA manager Gary Megson was impressed enough to shell out £100,000 to sign him up at the Hawthorns although he only started 2 games before former Gills boss Peter Taylor took him to Hull City on a free.
Should Andy Ritchie try and bring him back to the club, Peter Jackson did so, on loan for a short period a couple of years ago.
Its no coincidence former Huddersfield team mate Ronnie Jepson is interested, he knows all about him.
What do you think.
