Vital Huddersfield article on Yorkshire chat.
Regarding recent communication on the way this has been set up and handled.
Vital Huddersfield would like to state primarily to its members, and secondly to other clubs in the Yorkshire area the following.
1. We support the innovative and bright idea put forward by we believe Sheffield United.
2. The building up of friendly banter between rival clubs, is to be supported, we stress the words friendly banter.
3. No e-mails from other club editors, co-eds or other Yorkshire clubs members on the subject of Yorkshire chat have been received by our Editor, we have had no influence or direct communication to site staff asking for our acceptance or otherwise of or about the scheduling or otherwise of the Yorkshire chats nights.
4. Any snub felt by Huddersfield members, fans or users of this site is not of our making, we hope from these unfortunate beginnings lessons can be learned by all, and that our members will not boycott these evenings, especially when we apparently host the evening on the 7/6/7.
This has not been discussed, agreed suggested or otherwise directly communicated in any way with Vital Huddersfield.
5. We trust we can continue to rely on our members support.
6. Any further correspondance on this issue would be gratefully received from any clubs members

Apologies Jon Ski, I completley forgot about Huddersfield and Barnsley when I did my rounds before the Vital Leeds hosted Yorkshire Chat. Hopefully communication can improve in the future!

How do you “forget” about three out of about only six or seven clubs. Yeah very credible (not)
you have got to hand it to Leeds, what a clever way of insulting us without even doing anything.
The implication is of course that we and Barnsley and Donny are so insignificant its hard for them to remember we even exist.
Guys i went on the yorks chat late on last thursday, but reading the posts on Hulls sit last night and the above insult from Leeds, i will not bother again despite the site wanting us to.
Its very odd, they remember about that hot bed of trophy winning football Rotherham though.
My view is that if you look at the number of members and members points in the leagues, you will see that the clubs included have greater numbers , Sheff Utd not that many more than us though. So the sites are just being selfish and not wanting to include smaller (currently) sites by giving us the benefit of their increased number of postings for a night,, if you get my drift.
Again thanks for all your terrier support for the Huddersfield site.

Jesus its not as if your not allowed to come along … talk about making a mountain out of a molehill !! … its not an “exclusive” type chat , its an open invitation … If you had not been informed then fair enough I understand but to make a bloody article about it and go on for over a day which you have been doing now its seriously OTT if you ask me …. Chill out, come along to our board tomorrow and join in !!! If your not going to join in then shut the F**k up about it !!!

My horse my horse my kingdom for a horse, who said that ?, anyway if i could find a bigger one I would. Leed just forgot about us, everyone forgot about Doncaster, Barnsley those in the “inner sanctum” go who cares, Jeees Yorkshire is shrinking by the minute. Darned cheek.
Maybe Hudds, Donny Bradford n Barnsley should have the “small club” yorkshire chat. Really cant get over Rotherham being a big club..

I think cheesey’s upset the “big clubs” its like the Liverpool, everton small club jibe, by benitez, where the toffee’s went balistic.
on the liverpool/everton big/small thing, everton are a bit smaller than liverpool support wise, trophy wise, etc, etc. so whilst it was an insult you could sort of see where benitez was coming from.
but it still doesn’t stack up, Sheff Utd & Weds, n Leeds n Hull all get 20-30 thou ish support, n have won stuff apart from Hull. We n Barnsley n Bradford get 12-20k ish, n Hudds have one of the finist traditions in the league. Donny can get 6-12 thou. so how come Rotherham are in with these big boys.
Maybe they have found a Russian or American millionaire to support them and they just are keeping it a secret for a while.
Rotherham are in cos its a Sheffield Utd thing with Weds so its basically South Yorks chat, without Donny for some reason,
Its Sheffield chat, look at the postings best player, team of the season etc, its all sheffield past present etc.
we might have had a bad season, but these so called big clubs, like Sheff Utd, got relegated, Leeds got relegated, Rotherham not big really, got relegated. Hull nearly got relegated, only Weds on the up.
