175 Huddersfield Town fans were up bright & Early this morning to make the 19 mile walk from Leeds Bradford Airport to the John Smith`s Stadium; all in the name of charity.

The aptly named ‘Walk For Pounds’ will raise money for the ‘Keep It Up` campaign, which funds the Yorkshire Air Ambulance and the Huddersfield Town Academy.

Chairman Dean Hoyle, his wife & Commercial Director Sean Jarvis are also taking part with Jarvis tweeting photos of the progress through his twitter account @SeanMJarvis

The walkers met this morning at 5:30AM, yes whilst we were all sleeping!

The walk started at 7am and they are expected to hit the stadium at around 14:30, just ahead of kick-off between Huddersfield Town & Watford.

You can donate to the walk – simply text KIUP99 £5 to 70070 now!
