Stan may not be able to say anything about the ref but as a paying spetator I can. Personally, I think this respect thing is going to their heads and they are starting to behave lik traffic wardens. Last week we had 2 stone wall penalties turned down then 1 given against us yesterday for an unavoidable hands ball. Totally unimpressed. We get some real crappy refs. 1 positive out of the game apart from the character of the team to come back from 0-2 was the introduction of Parker. Him and stan need to lock themselves in a room and sort out their differences because when he repolaced jevons (who has done sod all this season and doesnt deserve to start a game), the team were different. Will be glad when cads is back to full fitness cos I think hes a top player but he was poor to be fair. Good crowd backing lets keep it up, we wont play the top 2 sides every week!!

Done a fair bit of refereeing myself…You would be suprised how many games ive walked of pitches from where BOTH teams have accused me of being biassed…lol.lol…You call situation as you see them, and believe me your talking nano seconds, its far from easy…When you make a decision right or wrong, you have to stick to it,otherwise once a you overturn a decision you leave yourself open to constant appeals all through the game… Like players you have good games and bad ones…Sometimes its just about impossible to get anything right when the players try to get in your face, supporters can be even worse, you just cant keep your concentration…Yes yes you can hand a few cards out early doors to quieten things down a bit if you think your in for a tough one,but that sometimes just incenses the crowd..lol..lol..ROFL..There are of course times when you are complimented for the way you have handled a game, players will often say things like thanks ref we had a great game you let things flow and most of the time we didnt know you were there…Ah fond memories..!! Yes fair enough, some refs find themselves out of their depth on occasions, some are better than others at various aspects, positioning, decision making, man management..etc…I dont personaly know of any qualified refs who are cr*p…Do yourseles a favour and scout out the odd ref or 2 ,have a good chat with them,it will IMPROVE your overall matchday experience no end…Up the town…Oh forgot to mention the really good ones have eyes in the back of their heads…!!!
