really think you need to find a new stats site. for the last 30 tthe hardly touched the ball. we had way more than 54%, maybe aorund 65%?

  • Terrier24 says:

Mate these are from the official site… Short of workin out the % myself its best we have

  • prodicalpoolie says:

I found it disgraceful when your so called professional players hounded the referee to get a fellow professional sent off, after going for and getting a 50/50 ball.
If that is how you play, the sooner you are in administration the better

  • 80s terrier says:

This was last nights game you were watching then poolie..!!!! Maybe you and Impact could get your heads together for the next match and work out some stats for 24..lol..lol.lol..rofl…

  • Terrier24 says:

Lol 80’s u cheeky monkey,, as for the sending off it was a disgusting challenge, and was actually the linesman who said it was a red card…. Nardiello was offside and so shouldnt have even being making the challenge… Deserved Red. End of

  • pharmer says:

    A few points if I may gents…

    1. Poolie. How on earth can you defend THAT. It was disgusting. Even your manager agreed with the decision. He deserved to go.
    2. Impact. If you think you can do better with the stats, do so. Doing that is like the government saying that the economy is not that bad, the figures are wrong but they do not offer any solotions to fix it. OH, HANG ON…THEY DO THAT DONT THEY.LOL….
    3. How can our players, on numerous occasions, kisc a ball 30-35 yards, and more across the pitch and land it right on the big toe nail of the intended recipient and yet, be unable to get it into a rectangle measuring 8 yards by 8 feet commonly referred to as “the goal”.

No disrespect to Pool but we should be beating teams like that at home, especially when their “superstar” is sent off with 40 mins on the clock. We need to work hard to get where we should be but keep the faith and UP THE TERRIERS……

  • pharmer says:

OH BY THE WAY POOLIE……”GOING FOR AND GETTING THE BALL” IS ONLY HALF RIGHT. HE WAS NOWHERE NEAR THE BALL BEFORE INJURING HIS “FELLOW PROFESSIONAL” ENGLANDS NUMBER 1. ALSO, HE WAS OFFSIDE AND HE KNEW IT. NO NEED TO VENT HIS FRUSTRATIONS ON OUR AL

  • pharmer says:

PPS POOLIE…..THERES ABOUT AS MUCH CHANCE OF US GOING INTO ADMIN AS THERE IS OF YOU GETTING A JOB. GET A JOB N GET A LIFE SAD ACT

  • terrier09 says:

well said pharmer av jus told em on there site. dont no who they think they are ,all 160 of em! that challange wa disgracefull. to be expected from sum 1 who use to play 4 barnsley.. poolie wind ya neck in m8 all your fans look like drownded bag heads aswell

  • Impact says:

couldnt see whether the guy got the ball from my angle but it looked close. still, nailed on red as the ref had already blown.

However, clarke should have also been sent off – you cant grab someone by the scruff of the neck, pull him up then chuck him back down again.

  • browny12 says:

this was a crap game i thought in first ten mins we wer going to hammer them but didnt happen need new strikers

  • pharmer says:

I was in the pink link (1st and last time) 5 rows back and as close as we could get to the pie eatin monkey hangers so pretty much the best view of all. Trust me, he was nowhere near it. Was the linesman who gave the info for the sending off.

  • Terrier24 says:

spot on pharmer it was the lino,,,, Nardiello was also offside and so shouldnt have been challenging for the ball, he had the sole intent of tryin to hurt smihies

  • Impact says:

yeah i think we knew it was liner ;). From the replay i have just seen it looks very close, i might even say he got there first (from the poor angle), but like i said, nailed on red because the whistle had gone.

  • Impact says:

oh and pink link was abd last night because we had the drummer in antich, which ruined the effect we were hoping for.

  • pharmer says:

Call me sad guys but……….although I liked the atmosphere in the pink, I actually go to a footie match live to watch the action. I do like the atmosphere and I think its an important part of the overall “buzz” but if I wanted to go out for a night to sing I would join the choir at our local church and come round with the age concern bags every easter. Now I know this is a bit controversial but I do enjoy watching a game of football live. I thought the view of the field was bad enough but every time town attacked in the first half, this 20 stone 8 foot gorilla of a bloke insisted on standing up. I have kids so sit in the fantastic media stand which, yes, OK, its a bit sedate to say the least. BUT at least I can see the game and the play which is partly why I go. Dont get me wrong, I join in with the old yer mums yer dad and ooo 2 b a sketch etc. On a final note (Dont bite my head off here, tongue is VERY firmly in my right cheek!!), Perhaps the people on here who dis the statto have a similar view of the pitch as I did last night and thought that when Town had the ball for 60% plus possesion, they should have asked the bald guy infront to either sit still or put his hat back on..LOL……

  • terrier09 says:

YES TOWN DEFINATLY HAD MORE POSSESION THAN STATED. I NORMALLY SIT IN THE ANTICH SINGING SEC BUT MOVED FURTHER BACK AND TO THE HALFWAY LINE. APART FROM THE WELL STATED CHALLANGE I CANNOT REMEMBER HARTLEPOOL BEEN IN OUR HALF THAT MUCH,OR HAVING MUCH OF THE BALL. IF 1 OF THE MILLION CHANCES HAD BEEN PUT AWAY AND WE HAD OF WON 2-1,I THINK WE WOULD OF SAID IT WAS 1 OF THE BEST PERFORMANCES OF THE SEASON.

  • 80s terrier says:

WOW..Never known the stats article get such a response.!!! Your on a winner with this one at last 24…

  • 80s terrier says:

    lol…

  • Terrier24 says:

Lol….. For what its worth i thought we had more too. but ive gone with the official %;s for possesion…… Thanks for all your comments!
