Jordan Rhodes 36th league goal of the season has broken the Club’s all-time League goals in in one season record surpassing George ‘Bomber’ Brown and Sammy Taylor on 35.

That goal was the third of his hat-trick against Orient and he now leads the way with 36 League Goals this campaign – and the season isn’t even over yet!

Just how many more can this young man get?

His hat-trick at Orient was his fifth of the season!!

Rhodes now has a hat trick against Exeter City, Preston & Leyton Orient – along with a Four goal haul against Sheffield Wednesday and FIVE live on sky against Wycombe in January.

So Rhodes now holds the record with 36 goals in a season in the League – having netted 38 all term and a further six for Scotland`s Under 21 side.

Congratulations Jordan, let’s hope for more before the season ends.

UP THE TOWN.
