LEICESTER City striker Jermaine Beckford has joined Huddersfield Town on loan today.

After the loan deal broke down before the transfer window, Beckford’s loan move to Huddersfield has finally gone through.

Beckford will be eligible for tomorrow’s game with Watford and Tuesday night”s nicely set up game against Leicester City.

The 28 year old is on an emergency 93 day loan deal which sees him through to December 29th, it is expected that the move will be made permanent in January.

Beckford has taken a wage cut to join Huddersfield in search of first team football something that manager Simon Grayson will be sure to give the former Leeds striker.
