The Plaque that marks Huddersfield Town’s old Leeds Road centre spot has gone missing again.

The special plaque was reported missing from the car park near B&Q over the weekend and a plea has gone out for its safe return.

The plaque has been stolen before, back in August 2000, but was recovered after an appeal in the Examiner. The Plaque had also more recently been damaged last May and was repaired and restored back to it’s rightful position last December.

Now it has gone again and for a third time, the question is where has it gone?

No-one to date has handed in the plaque to the club or shops on the retail park.

If you know of the plaque`s whereabouts contact the Examiner newsroom on 01484 437762.

The below URL from the Examiner shows the image of the Plaque, if you have never seen it before.
