Sean Scannell is also expected to be fit to take part, although doubts linger over the availability of James Vaughan.
Adam Clayton returns from suspension to face his former side whilst Keith Southern sits out the second of his three match ban.
Luke Varney completes his three match suspension for Leeds and is therefore unavailable.
Leigh Bromby, Ramon Nunez, Rodolph Austin and Davide Somma all remain long-term absentees.
Jason Pearce is also back in the Leeds squad although it is expected that Neil Warnock will name an unchanged eleven for todays game.
