Huddersfield Town have booked their place in the Premier League following a penalty victory over Reading at Wembley Stadium today in the Championship Play Off Final.
In a game of few clear cut chances for either side, 90 minutes finished pegged level with a scoreless draw and extra time couldn’t see either side gain advantage.
With the Premier League riches falling to penalties, Reading had the early advantage with Hefele seeing his effort saved from 12 yards, but Moore saw his effort sky over the bar and Ward became the hero by saving Obita’s effort to give Huddersfield the win and top flight football.
The reaction will be quick and plentiful shortly I would imagine.

Well done Huddersfield Town FC,a proper club with good supporters.
Unjustifiably critisfied for making 10 changes vs my team, and now proven that your manager did make the right decisions.
Good luck to you all in the PL and hopefully Blues will join you in season 2017/18 and we can have a great reunion…c’mon you Terriers!!
