Huddersfield Town have today announced a record shirt sponsorship deal with CasinoRed.com.


The deal represents the biggest single sponsorship agreement in the Club’s 99 year history and the CasinoRed.com brand will appear on the front of Huddersfield Town’s shirts for the 2007/08 season, with a view to extending for a further two seasons including the Club’s Centenary in 2008/09.


CasinoRed.com replace Yorkshire Building Society as Huddersfield Town’s main club sponsor and will become the Club’s official online casino, poker and betting partner.


CasinoRed.com Chief Executive, Nicholas Boyes-Hunter said:’We are passionate about Huddersfield Town and we’re looking forward to working with the club and the community in taking Huddersfield Town forward.’


Casino Red is a national entertainment company which operates an online gaming site at Casinored.com and will be the first online operator to open a land based casino and entertainment venue in the UK, planned for Huddersfield, in 2008.

Huddersfield Town Director of Business Development Sean Jarvis said: ‘We are thrilled that we have secured an excellent deal with a dynamic national company operating in a growing industry.

Vital view – Not quite what we imagined as a new sponsorship partner, in fact couldn’t be more different from the Yorkshire Building Society (save your money, or put it into property), we now have, gamble it away, hardly traditional family values, but as we are always saying on this site.
Money sure does talk very loudly, the volume is deafening. Where are those ear plugs.
