According to The Examiner Damien Johnson could still return to Huddersfield this summer.
A loan spell last season was disrupted by a knee injury but the Northern Ireland international is unlikely to continue his footballing career with Plymouth Argyle, who would not be able to afford his wages.
Johnson still has a year left on his Argyle contracts but discussions are ongoing in an attempt to settle the 32-year-olds contract and a permanent return to Town could be on.
