JAMES BERRETT is on the move, the former Town Academy product is now 25 years old and a seasoned pro in League One having amassed a near 200 appearances for Carlisle and scoring 27 goals along the way.

A creative midfielder who never really got the chance many thought he deserved at Huddersfield but has gone on to forge a good career for himself to date.

Berrett has turned down the offer of a new contract at Brunton park in favour of a move to Huish Park, where Gary Johnson will be hoping his Yeovil side can bounce back following last seasons relegation from the Championship.

Berrett joins Jakub Sokolik, Chris Weale, Artur Krysiak, AJ Leitch-Smith, Aaron Martin and Nathan Smith at Yeovil as they look to build for a Promotion campaign to get out of League One at the first attempt (Easier said than done, we know!!)
