HUDDERSFIELD TOWN are unlikely to make a move for Sunderland’s Fraizer Campbell.

Reports over the weekend linked the Sunderland striker with Huddersfield, however it has since come out in the wash that Town could simply not afford Campbell, Beckford & Vaughan.

It is said the permanent addition of Beckford in January is favoured than a loan move for Campbell.

Huddersfield made an inquiry over Campbell`s availability in August after selling Scotland striker Jordan Rhodes to Blackburn for £8m, however the recent capture of Beckford has put an end to that interest.
