JERMAINE BECKFORD has had the results of his scan back on the hamstring injury picked up against Crystal Palace.

The Leicester loanee, who has already missed 7 games this season through a hamstring injury has been confirmed today that he has a grade 2 tear and will be out for 4-6 weeks.

It’s further bad news for Huddersfield as Beckford will now miss crucial games as they battle to stay in the division, with just 16 games to go, a worrying statistic of goals for being low, and goals against being high.

Surely we must now look to the loan market, again, to deal with this loss

he has his knockers, but this is a big big loss, especially with news that Novak may be out too, leaves us with Alan Lee & James Vaughan as the only senior strikers … and we all know that’s not going to be good enough, we are already struggling for goals!
